100% Garnacha
Year 2018
After recovering Cojón de Gato from the oblivion, our effort to recover indigenous grapes didn’t stop there.
This particular battle took us to Calatayud, where we discovered something interesting about the history of Garnacha. In this land, this variety is also called Teta de Vaca, literally Cow´s Tit in English, and in the past, it was the favourite wine of the roman soldiers in Calatayud. Learning history with wine is amazing, isn´t it?
A very fresh and young wine, with fun Garnacha connotations.
